07 HEALTHY LIFESTYLE DAILY COUNTDOWN

Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic diseases and long-term illness. Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health is important for your self-esteem and self-image. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by doing what is right for your body. When we look after our physical health, we feel better too-fitter, more relaxed and better able to cope with things. This is especially important when you have a mental illness. 



There are a lot of ways of being healthy that feel good as well as doing you good.

HEALTHY HABITS FOR ME CENTRE AROUND: - 

1.  SESSION OF EXERCISE whether you are doing aerobics or simple stretching routine or hitting the gym, all them will wake up your body and help you to jumpstart your day. Bonus point if you can get out of the sun!

2. HOURS OF NO PHONE BEFORE BED – This habit will help you to fall asleep early so that you can get up early in the morning. In those two hours, you can follow your bedtime routine. Here you can go through my bedtime routine, click on the link below-  

3. MEALS AND THREE HEALTHY SNACKSeating healthy, delicious and favourable food will help you to follow your healthy lifestyle. It's not like you can’t eat your favourite food like pizza, burger, fries instead you can eat everything but, in a limit.

4.  BE MORE ACTIVE starting a healthy lifestyle definitely includes taking care of your fitness by being more active and doing exercise. The human body is designed to move constantly. Try to be more active by doing what you love. It could be dancing, yoga, lifting weights.

5. IMPROVE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH- if you are physically fit but your mind struggles with issues like anxiety, emotional outbursts, depression, eating disorders etc you need to cure it. To improve your mental health, you can start meditating. Doing meditation regularly helps you to control stress, anxiety and mood swings. You can also do deep breathing. Deep breathings help to oxygenate and it relaxes your body.

6.      CATCH UP ON THE NEWS – I am pretty sure that news is 90% depressing most of the time, but it’s good to stay informed on some of the big headlines. I prefer the Google news app because it will show news with the topics you are interested in.

27     7.      TURN ON SOME GOOD MUSIC – if you are a music person put on Spotify playlist to boost your mood in the morning. You don’t have to concentrate on what people are saying…... you can just enjoy your music.
